You’ll sign a simple bonus agreement with the amount and payment dates before you start.

Qualifying stylists receive a sign-on bonus paid out over their first months with us. Ask us for the current amount and terms when you apply, and we will walk you through them before you accept an offer.
Pay depends on the role, your experience and your clientele. We are happy to share the wage range for any position. Just ask when you apply or during your interview.
Yes. If you have a following, we welcome them and will help you get them booked at the salon that suits them best.
Our team works across both salons. Hair stylists can work in Madison, Old Saybrook or both. Spa roles (estheticians, nail technicians and massage therapists) are based in Madison, where our spa services are offered.
Yes. Students and new graduates can apply for assistant roles and start learning on our floor while they finish licensing.
